Absolutely abhorrent 96ºF with humidity spreadable on toast...

i did not touch the veggie garden - my 85 yr old MIL has been giving it a go.

Awesome! What a trooper.....I did hoe parts of the garden, but it was so dry, huge clouds of dust arose.....the showers didn't do much....more expected tomorrow, so maybe I can weed on Fri!

We had such a brief shower that by the time it was raining in the front yard, it was no longer raining in the back yard. I don't know if Bill is in the mini drought area, but we certainly are.

We definitely are.....rain totals are already down 6+ inches for June.....

I certainly am. I was away last week and had brown spots in the lawn. sprinklers were in heavy use all weekend.

You're lucky you can use sprinklers, Bill...just not enough in my well.....I have used the hose a few times on the toms & cukes......

A few showers here, but the heavy rain hit the shoreline......

69° predicted to hit 90. A bit of rain yesterday morning, but could not tell how much because the pot we use as a rain gage was dumped. I suspect a squirrel wanted a drink. humidity will be high.
