Morning Glories 2015 #11
wow, wow, and wow.. beautiful blooms.. all of them! Helena, those dark blues are just making my mouth water, and Jackie it is interesting to see the true ppv. the 4th pic upper row sure looks like a blizzard. :)
I don't know what to make of my bloom that is supposed to be a Cocoa Choc Debra. I'll just
see what it does next.
Jackie, this set of blooms all came from your seeds to me.. but I just feel lazy to look up who is who.. I sure love the blooms you and Helena have posted. Joe keeps telling me I'm missing stuff, I just tell him to take pictures! I am feeling better, finally. I worked today, and work tommorrow, I feel like I have lost a couple days of my life by sleeping.
Did I tell you about the wild flower seeds I gathered a couple years ago while going back and forth to my sisters in Arkansas? I just have to show you this Gaura, so happy I didn't pull it up when it was 8 ft tall, I just cut it back, it hadn't budded yet and I thought I had planted some weeds.. as soon as I cut it down two ft it budded and here is the bloom.. it is a huge patch with huge stems.. in the same area is the wild senna.. out back there is this really red purp, next to the crimson rambler.. pandy is still going strong.. and the last pic is cutleaf cone flower.. which I had also cut back..
I love what yiu have blooming Debra, very pretty,
# 2 on the 1st row looks to be Lite blue tie dye
# 3 is Pres Bush and # 4 looks like Purple George Strait
Is # 2 in the 2nd row Oriheme? its beautifu

Wow what a treat to see all your blooms Jackie and Debra!!! I am totally enjoying all the blooms.
Thanks Jackie, I do want a few seeds of your Lav. mist. It does look like the Pink Porcelain x choco blzd did cross with another bloom. I'm glad your getting lots of blooms from it.
All beautiful blooms Debra. I'm just going to enjoy all these pics!
Thanks Helena I;ll save you a few sds of your Pink Porcelain x Choco bliz cross NOT too.
I marked a few of those yesterday and a couple of others that are so tangled, I have to'mark them while the bloom's are open.
Just the same old blooms
1st one is the one that ;looks like Purp Tie Dye
Edited to place Pres Bush as # 2
A shame that most of my leaves are eat up by spider mites
This is a no Mai not
LYK
my PPV I can;t tell which pot this comes out of.

Goodness, look at all the beautiful flowers!
Beautiful blooms Jackie! I'm glad about all the blooms, the bugs not so much. That's what bothers me about gardening. It just seems that if you grow plants the bugs come right after them. Thanks for saving a few of the Pink Porcelain x Choco blzd not seeds for me.
I am enjoying your blooms! Keep posting them.
Jacki, that PPV is so pretty, and the tye dye is to dye for, who cares about leaves? Now, I am pretty sure Helena sent me that purple one from a couple years back, but again, too lazy to get the diary out. ( I really did write down what I planted from who)
managed to get a few pics this am before I went to work.. I am so tired, but can't sleep. setosa bloomed on the arbor by the door, but it was buried, too many vines at once there, going to have to decide which one to chop out.
Maybe u can name the first, but the second is George strait purple from Jackie, I know that one LOL
My species plants are all over the place, I don't know how to get them separated except by cutting them this Fall..wish I could catch a bloom..
oh the number 2 you asked about is not oriheime, wish it was.. it is Jaimie lynn, I have a lot of that one all over the place for some reason this year.. forgot to post the cut leaf coneflower..
I have a cross or two from you Jackie, but you'll have to tell me when you see it ..
I sure love the LYK. Helena, when are we going to see your beautiful Black King?
Thanks Linda and Helena.,
Debra, your 1st bloom looks a little like China doll or Blushing Bride
# 4 is Pres Bush and # 3 could be the lovely pink you had shared with me.
I think I had sent you back a few of my sds from that one.
I have a Setosa but by the time I get up its closing. :-(
Helena, I;m very hopeful that our cross not is going to make sd pods. Its the healthiest looking of all my vines/blooms, a large bloom too.
Beautiful blooms Debra. I'm enjoying them a lot. I need to feed my blooms with Bloom booster, 2 of my BK vines are done. The one from Azuremore will hopefully make more blooms. The ones it made had damage so I didn't post.
Jackie, I'm glad you see seed pods on that vine, always a good sign.
These bloomed this am.
I love the split petal Helena. Great colors on # 2 and 3
Is # 3 Blushing Bride or China Doll?, just gorgeous
I've lost my tag on this one I don't know if its a mutant Mauve Splash or one of
the Saz's. I've had 1 bloom on this vine but can't remember what it looked like,.
A different pattern on this LYK,sorry my hand is in the pic
Pres Bush
Ukigumo
A varient of Joyce Cobb??
Those are beautiful blooms.
Helena, that third one is beautiful.. it is my fav so far of yours today, but that one split petal reminds me of one with a strange name and I can't remember it right now.
Love the Ukigumo, Jackie. I think pres bush is pretty too. I know I planted a saz lav from you.. just can't remember where.. sigh
oh look my hand is in a pic, too. sometimes that is what we have to do to get the right shot, right?
you will have to click on number 5 to see those glories.
Thanks Linda and Debra.
Debra, I'm pretty sure that 1st bloom is a Saz
Love all your pretty pink blooms and that last shot too.
Thanks ladies.
Jackie, number 3 is from old seeds I grew years ago with names Jordan rose or pink frost. But this vine has made a real light pink bloom so it probably is a cross. Will have to wait to see what the other blooms it makes.
I think your blooms are beautiful Jackie. The first one does look similar to Mauve Splash to me. I like your other blooms too, Joyce Cobb looks really neat!
Beautiful blooms Debra. Your garden is looking great.
It rained during the night and early this morning heavily so haven't even gone to look if anything bloomed.
Debra, those are beautiful morning glories.
Thanks Helena, I'll just wait and see what other blooms the unknown vine makes,
I did mark the Joyce Cobb type bloom.
I waited too long to take a few pics this morning and several had closed
1 Plum Velvet
3. Lite Bue Tie Dye
4. Purple Tie dye front porch
5.Rosita
2, Helenas Pink Porcelain cross not 2nd bloom of this vine to
mAke blue and purple streaks (pic # 2)
Debra, the 1st one corrected to show its not PPV but Plum Velvet from Ebay

Jackie, those are beautiful.
I LOVE that PPV. Is that the real color? Oh golly, I love it. your tye dyes are awesome. Love the striped blooms and rosita is always a favorite of mine.
It was raining this am, I barely got out and got some look see at the glories. lots of pink white striped blooms, seems like they are all the same .... the purples are a new one for me, and the dark blue with purple center is from Jackie. te lite blue is also from Jackie. I'm going to start tagging as soon as you tell me what they are LOL
Thanks Linda and Debra.
Beautiful blooms Debra. You know I love the pink and white stripes, favorites of mine.
I don't recognize the dark blue with purple center,I think its Helenas,
The Lite Blue Tie Dye looks like silk, beautiful
PPV is # 4, 2nd row. The white with blue star has heart shaped lvs,so a purpurea?
The one I described above in my last row of pics as PPV is Plum Velvet from Ebay. pic # 1

Debra, those are beautiful.
Helena, that is a beauty!
that is a real beauty, Helena. Do you know which one my dark blue is up there?
Gorgeous bloom Helena, I love it,
Thank you ladies.
Debra, I wish I knew which one it was from. It could be from my purples b/c my blooms vary, not always the same.
Those are beautiful! I love the soft colors in blue silk, and the last two are so pretty.
bright, vivid, BLUE you know that's my favorite. there is a hint of turquoise in it, from what I can see... lovely!
i had a blue silk that needed help opening as well.. I think they are just too dependent on us, Helena.. LOL
Love you speckles, I haven't seen one come up yet here..
Great blooms Helena,. The Blue Silk bloom is amazing as is the lovely speckled.
Crazy about your peach too,..
I had a few nice blooms this morning after the good rain we got yesterday.

All gorgeous blooms Jackie. I'm really happy you got all those blooms after that rain.
me too.. gee is that white a nil? it sure is beautiful like a cloud. Love the purple tye dye, and those blues just melt my heart. Lav mist is perfect, Jackie.
this has heart shaped variegated leaves on first pic.. I'm thinking it is a Dany seed..
pink for Jackie.. large bloom almost a chocolate.. this purple came out of a mix I grew three years ago..
jaimie lynn and fugi from Ronnie ( found the tag) , Aoshibouri or however you spell it..
Oriheime finally showed, but she is all mis formed..red and white purp called "carnivale" heavenly blue, purps growing thru the patio table, this was tagged kniloas black.. looks darker than it is here..
so glad you have setosa growing, Jackie, So do I. Joe just came in from dumping dish water and asked me what smelled so good outside, I told him it was the cestrum nocturnum, and the now blooming sweet autumn clematis.. he had a guy over to bid on the new patio, and the guy said how about monday? well, of course Joe said NO> we would have to remove everything off the patio, up root the arbor and the whole nine yards,, I told Joe we can wait until next spring..
