editing photo captions in plantfiles not working / broken

Hi, I'm a new member and was excited to share my pictures in the plantfiles. The pictures are now all public on plantfiles, however, I made a couple of errors in my captions that I'd like to correct. I've tried to use the "Edit the caption" link under the photo which takes me to a page where I can edit the caption text and click to re-submit. When I click the submit button, I receive no notification that a change was successfully submitted. Instead, the caption remains unchanged and the "Editing image number xxxxxx" webpage that I was using to attempt to change the caption refreshes back to the original (incorrect) text. Does a moderator have to approve changes to photo captions (and so there is a lag for them to be updated) or is an error occurring during submission of the change and I'm not seeing an error message?

A moderator doesn't have to approve the changes, but my guess is this is still a lingering problem from a recent upgrade.

If you don't mind, can you please return to each of your entries and follow these steps?

1. Expand your photo with the caption that needs to be edited
2. Look for the "report an error" link in the left-hand column
3. Click on that, and let the PF editors know what needs to be changed.

Once we figure out why the captions are not editing properly, you'll be able to edit your own, but that will give us a record of them so we can get back to you when the techs have finished their work.

Terry, thanks for your reply. I didn't want to bother the PF editors with fixing my typos. The edit caption function is now working!
