Morning everyone!

All those blooms sure are pretty!

(Debra) Derby, KS(Zone 6a)

ohhh look at that second one, Helena!
Guys If I get seeds without worms, ( yes, they are back) I will save some of the last set I posted for ya all.

Gautier, MS

Thanks Linda and Debra.

Debra, the worms have been going after my seeds too. I thought I was at least going to have 2 seed pods for Yukon, well I checked today and one pod had a tiny hole so I opened it and found the worm had eaten the inside too. On my special lg choco x pink porcelain too. I'm finding the caterpillars on my nicotianas leaves too, going after the buds and flowers. Not too happy about this.

Other bugs on my plants too, gardening ???oh what fun!

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Love your gorgeous blooms this morning Helena. Lavender Mist? so nice to see that
one again, wish I had grown one too,.
Love that blue and the fuschia. Your Pink Porcelain cross is outstanding.
Sorry you are having the worm problems Debra and Helena. Mine is just
the awful spider mites so far, knock on wood.!!!
Aogakiyama bliz and Mauve Splash on the same vine, a cross for sure.
Pink silk
Saz in Lav is the huge bloom not the Weird Saz

Nice blooms Jackie, nice to see two on one vine!

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Thanks Linda, out to try and mark these 2 different blooms. I should have already hand pollinated.

Gautier, MS

Wow Jackie! Those first 2 blooms are awesome! Love your other blooms too!

(Debra) Derby, KS(Zone 6a)

oh Jackie, so very lovely. The second one takes my breath away.
I found more worms on some pods off the lavender silk, dang it.
black king has not set seeds..
none of the large whites I planted came up.
man.
my green zinnia didn't make it up this year either. I am disappointed in that . LOL
my large white hardy hibiscus has a pod full of seeds on each bloom end. They are ready to send out if anyone wants to try growing it from seed.
I need to send away my confederate rose..

Love your pink zinnia too and your mg's. I scattered mixes of seeds by my nicotianas yesterday. The only area where I weeded this year to grow them other than in pots.

Here's what bloomed today.
Blushing Bride
Blue on Blue stripes from Azuremore (2 blooms on same vine)
Beach of the Milky Way

Helena, will they have time to grow this year, or will they stay dormant till next spring?

Those blooms sure are pretty!

Gautier, MS

Thanks Linda. I think zinnias grow very fast so they will probably bloom this year. Any seeds unless they are covered will be food for the birds. I have old seed packets that I buy and forget to sow so I try to grow them most of the time without success, Bad habit of mine.

(Debra) Derby, KS(Zone 6a)

I agree, I planted a pot load of Zinnias first of july, I have one blooming and a bunch of buds now.

Beautiful BB, Helena. Beach of the Milky Way is really special.
Can't wait for Jackie's special blooms to be uploaded.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Oops, so tired I forgot my pics late last nite.
The vine that appears to be a cross of Aogakiyama and Mauve Splash, since it made both blooms yesterday on the same vine, has now made blooms that I might expect as a result of the cross
Todays cross blooms,1st 2 pics Might even make some different patterns as it continues to bloom

Debs lovely pink/red bloom no name
from Tie Dye mix from A, thanks A

Gautier, MS

Beautiful blooms Jackie! I like the blizzard on them too. Glad you are getting some neat blooms.

It's a real treat to see what mg's do.

(Debra) Derby, KS(Zone 6a)

Jackie, and Debra, those blooms are just gorgeous!

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Thanks Debra Linda and Helena.
Debra, it could be a Kohkan but it looks a lot like the lovely pink/red I grew from your
sds last yr. I thought the red in the small cup looked like Fuji no Beni too. Just can't remember if I planted no Beni. Could it have come from your patio mix sds ?
I love your beautiful fuschia Debra, just a lovely mg. The Fuji or Fuji look a like is a beauty too.
Some gorgeous blooms you;re getting. I wonder if yur 1st blue and white mg could be out of
my Lite blue Tie Dye. Do you remember if you planted any of those sds?

(Debra) Derby, KS(Zone 6a)

oh yes, I was looking last night thru the seed packets I planted from, and that lite one was from you, tye dye, and also the purple george straight, and Helenas seeds too and a blue silk from ronnie. , well, also I forgot the first year I was here everyone sent me some seeds and I grew out the purple splash from becky g and that is where the newer purple blizzard splashy ones came from and the spokes were from Helena. *whew* Tower of power is all seeded up and no blooms today I think it may have run out of batteries LOL

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Helena, I missed your post with the gorgeous pics above. I love Beach of the
Milky way, Azuremores lovely blues and Blushing Bride. Is there another name we
use for Beach of the Milky Way?? It looks so familiar.

Deb, I thought it resembled LBTD when you 1st sent us the a few days ago. its just
a beautiful mg and really special when it makes the stripes.

Gautier, MS

Beautiful blooms Debra, I'm enjoying seeing them.

Jackie, Beach of the Milky Way (Galaxy) is Hama No Ginga, Hamaginga going by Onalee's seed pictures of blooms. To me it looks a lot like Raiko except when I grew that one, it had lime leaves.

Mine are just a few plain repeats so I'll enjoy blooms from your garden today.

(Debra) Derby, KS(Zone 6a)

Oh Helena, I grew that one from onallee, and got a lot of seeds, but they didn't grow when I planted them. I will try again. Thanks for being such sharing partners. I think I am still waiting on count drac to appear. I am grateful for what ever I get right now, seems like they are all winding down already, I feel fall in the air. I do have pics to post but not downloaded yet.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Helena, very interesting that it is Hama no Ginga. I've been trying to remember that name
with no luck. I think I have sds somewhere from Dany or Becky, It's a vey pretty bloom.
Mine all repeats today too except for an unknown on the fence.
I've been getting blooms off of Debras large lav but its white for the most part. Still a lovely bloom. The1st bloom had a hint of lavender earlier this week,

I dread what winter might have in store for us

Gautier, MS

Jackie, your blooms are all beautiful. Just love them.

We had a short much needed downpour yesterday. My blooms are not opening right.
My Beach of Milky Way is supposed to be a large bloom but seems to be on the medium size.
First new bloom got messed up Fuji no Mono, I like the pink color.

Gorgeous blooms Debra. Love your new unknown, most likely a cross. Its got bars
like a Fuji and so does the blue one right below the fuschia's and in Pic # 2
Love your red Tex Hibiscus and the color block on the other fuschia mg.

The 3rd pic looks like Pres Bush in the tub out back.

Oh my gosh, those are lovely Helena. Love the patterns hidden in the backgrounds..

(Debra) Derby, KS(Zone 6a)

Thanks, Ladies , and I agree with Jackie, Helena, those water color markings are very beautiful.
Jackie , I did plant pres Bush so that makes me happy that you know it. I love your carrion flower, Mine is just now starting to bud.
Is that first one purple no mai? Lovely!

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Deb,I think the 1st one is a purple no Mai. The bottom bloom looks more purple than the
bloom on top. Love how they vary. :-)
Looking forward to your blooms of Pres Bush

Gautier, MS

Thanks Jackie and Debra. Beautiful blooms Jackie, your Carrion bloom is most unusual.

Linda, we miss you. Hope everything is ok.

Just a few nice repeats this morning. Finding that the worm caterpillars have already gotten quite a few seed pods. It's a battle with bugs and things in gardening this year.
