Problem with BugFiles pictures

Hi,
Normally I would just contact administration about this, but I tried sending a D-mail & when I clicked "send" I got an error notice.

I posted two pics on BugFiles today, but instead of my pictures posting, an odd link posted that didn't work. When I checked the BugFiles forum, I noticed that the issue has been happening for several days with other members BugFiles pics as well.

Since I didn't know if this was already being dealt with I figured I'd try to post here. Sorry to add more to your work load.

I know what your talking about nuts, it happens in other areas as well. I've had so many frustrating things happen in the last few days here that I don't know where to begin. I'm a patient sort though, I'd never get all nuts and say I'm quitting the site because I'm mad. I'd just like them to fix the problems.

The images didn't post, and if you don't mind, please hold off until I reply back here before trying again. I am going to be testing on staging to see if I can replicate the problem and figure out what's going on.

Will - Sorry I didn't respond to you last night, but it was getting late.

I know website glitches can be frustrating (we're dealing with computers, after all). But I can't think of a single other site I visit that allows you to have a two-way conversation with administration like DG does. I love that and it's one of the many reasons I love being a part of the DG community.
I don't mind occasional glitches...all websites have them...and with most sites there's no recourse.

It's nice to read that you're also one of the patient ones. I sometimes tire of all the ranting and raving (usually just a handful of members) every time there's a problem. Thank goodness most members aren't like that.

The only feature missing on DG is a "Like" button for individual posts :-)

I was wondering if BugFiles has been fixed? I noticed there are a bunch of new pics in the BugFiles forum, but I decided to wait until you confirmed that everything was okay.

I haven't heard a formal confirmation from the techs, but if new pictures are going in without a hitch, we're probably okay with continuing to add new ones :-)

I didn't even realize you responded yesterday. This thread never showed up in my "updated" threads column. I just decided to check this forum for anything new this morning.

I'll try posting today some pics today. It looks like others are posting with no problems.

Okay, I just posted two new pictures in BugFiles with NO PROBLEMS... Yay! Thanks to all that worked on fixing this glitch!
