E-Bay owns PayPal. Advice has been to change passwords on both in case
there is some crossover in accounts.

i just read a big article on line and even though the two are connected, paypal was not hacked according to news reports i've read.
i think, actually, that there can be no "crossover" of accounts but i changed everything anyway.

it's a good idea to change your passwords on everything at least once a month but i'd like to know who really does that....sigh.

Though that can also be a risk, in case there is keystroke-logging spyware on your computer . . .
