Freeze/Frost Dates still has an error

I have reported this before, and it still isn't fixed.

Where it says:

So, for example, in the Spring 32° row, if you have "Apr 15" under the 50% column, that means that you have a 50% chance of seeing frost on or before April 15th.

it should say:

So, for example, in the Spring 32° row, if you have "Apr 15" under the 50% column, that means that you have a 50% chance of seeing frost on or after April 15th.

Think about it. The chance of having a frost before April 15th would be 100%

It's amazing that a simple correction like this would take over a year.

Don't matter. Nothing went by charts this winter/spring.

Well, those charts talk in terms of probabilities. So they allow for actual events to vary. Those "charts" say that Ottawa Kansas has a 90% chance of not having a 32-degree freeze after April 25, so I am going to "take them up on that" and plant some zinnias in-ground on April 25th. Weather permitting. Obviously, if it is snowing on that date, I will wait. But I find the charts to be helpful in my garden planning.
