I still cannot upload photos. There is a caption "Upload Images to your post" but nothing more. No clickable box, nothing. I have copied and pasted below what I see.

You may upload up to 5 images. Press CTRL to select more than one image file.

That happens on mine occasionally. But not consistently. If it does, I reload the page or wait till later or something. You should be able to get the box.
