Failure to Connect To Web Server

For example, all day yesterday each time I attempted to go to Dave's Garden, the attempt failed with an all too familiar message for this website, "Failure to Connect To Web Server".

Apparently, for whatever reason, the web server for Dave's Garden is "not open for business" much more than is typical for websites.

That is a business problem that probably should be remedied. Especially so, if Dave's Garden is seeking advertising revenue.

That's odd because I was online here from 6-ish to somewhere around 10 pm last night and never encountered that. Did anyone else?

I did loose my internet service some yesterday "Time Warner", but nothing due to the servers at Dave's Garden. I connected many times with no problems.
Edited to add, that is one problem that for me has not been a problem.

I do use HughesNet for my Internet connection. It is a satellite uplink/downlink service (we are in a rural area with no access to cable or DSL), but this is the only site I have trouble connecting to. And when the Failure to Connect to Web Server message appears, repeated attempts to connect do not succeed. So it is not a transitory thing. Connection today occurred with no problem, as it also did yesterday. However, I would be surprised if other users have not seen this problem.

But if this is rare, it may have to do with the satellite uplink/downlink connection protocol. However, like I said, I connect to lots of Internet sites, and this is the only one that exhibits the problem. And it is fairly frequent. It happens several times a week, on average.
