What's the best way to show photos in more than one place?

I have several photos in Garden Showcase that I would like to post in a forum. I could copy the links to those photos into my post, but I'd lose the nice "next photo" feature, and the thumbnail wouldn't be there to let people know whether they wanted to dig deeper. I don't save photos once I've put them in DG, so is my best bet to Save As and then include in my post? Or is there some cleverer way?

Let's start with the basics: Why do you want to share them in a forum as well as in the Garden Showcase? (not saying you shouldn't, just trying to figure out what the goal is....)

In Perennials there's a new thread to show nice combinations of flowers. I have some good photos in Garden Showcase.

Probably the best bet is to simply repost them there, then. You can always add a link to the corresponding page in your showcase fi you want people to be able to get to more photos that you don't repost.
