Problem submitting articles

I submitted another article but apparently it went through all run together with no formatting. At the time I submitted it, it was formatted correctly. I had this same issue last year but when tech looked into it, a problem was found to be on that end. I am using Firefox.

Any ideas what I can do to correct this?
