I've been skimming the posts since the upgrade and just want to tell Terry and Melody how OUTSTANDING they are. The interaction with the users is without compare. It certainly is an important thing that keeps me choosing DG over other garden sites.
I'm in software development (but know nothing about web stuff). I do know the trials and tribulations of being support people who have to listen to complaints without being able to actually DO SOMETHING to fix them.... Only report them to the techies. But your candidness and promptness and ability to understand what a person is saying are just great!

And ---- don't know what their faces look like or if the cat's getting kicked .......but their fingers are always perfectly professional, patient, and polite.
Even when some of the posters are not!
