... a back and forth occurred between Terry and someone else about the virtues and difficulties of making changes to a website all at one time, compared with a little bit at a time? The person said they were glad DG had finally made a big overhaul because it was out of date. I'd like to know what he/she meant by "out of date." This is a technical curiosity. I'm a programmer, but know very little about web design.

I remember two different posts. I found both of them in Terry's current thread, but I can't say for sure if they're what you're looking for.

no need to do the edit you can do more than one link, not sure there is a limit.
Just open up a new tab, copy the link, then come back and paste the link in the message box.
