Yes, Pam....the dam here had 31' of water in the basin due to the heavy rains to the north of us, mostly Torrington. Went to Lee, MA today.....rained hard all the way up....then stopped so I could shop :>) Coming home, rained hard until I hit Litchfield.....roads were totally dry there, & the rest of the way home!
We just had annoying light showers today. Bad enough that we didn't work outside.

I hope there was minimum damage if any.
Cold this morning...the youth group is coming at 9 to weed & mulch my gardens, while the adults burn my brush pile....will be glad of the heat!

The gardens look awesome....weed free....well, almost.....for the 1st time this summer......veggie garden still needs a lot of work! Brush pile fire was started, but had to be put out due to the high wind....rats!

Thanks, but plans changed. Baby Thomas was awake all night with a fever and very clingy, so they will go another day.
