no - t storms here was hoping for some rain

Down pours, high winds and more down pours. Delphinium is beat to the ground, had to tie up some of the taller loaded lilies too. :(
On a positive note...it's cooler! 74 now!!!!!!

83° no rain. Air conditioner not working well, only kept temp in the room about 80. At least that happened on the last day.

No AC today.....yes! A little rain this morning, but the ground is pretty parched.

mid 80's and low humidity.

All the weathermen should be fired...they totally didn't get the weather right for this weekend

temps went down after the rain but humidity shot up, but at least got some weeding in YAY

ground is barely wet here although it is overcast. I watered at 9 pm last night and now don't regret the mosquito bites.

It's 66 right now, feels great....no rain to speak of here, but showers coming in tonight.....

We really didn't get much rain. Glad it stopped as we are busy digging irises for the club sale at Verrill Farms in Concord MA. Starts at 11 am as we have to get set up. Lovely roof over us--they have picnic groups there.

62° & raining. As a result we only got 2 plants dug for Sat. iris sale. A group has been working all week so will have more plants there.

My rain gauges show 2 1/2" of rain in the garden between Monday and Friday. Yikes, that's a lot! But at least I don't have to worry about all the areas that aren't on the system.

That was close to the high temp for a couple days, so it should get warmer.

I was intending to finish off the weeds with boiling water but now they are thriving next to the good plants. Should be easy to pull with all the rain and in this cool morning. Mildew on the newest dogwood. Darn! wish I had planted a resistant variety.
