You definitely have to take it easy in this heat

69° & sunny It will be up to 90, hoping 'cooler near the coast'.

74 now, high of 90 today

Should be 90 here as well, little breeze beginning....we are the only county in CT not under a heat alert for today, so maybe the breeze will continue!

Hit 93 in town, was at my art class so don't know if it hit 90 up on my hill.....the painters finished the front of the house & the back porch...it looks grand....don't know how they worked in the heat......

Early 90s here. temp now 77 so we have opened windows.

At 11 am we were already @ 90 , @ 2pm DS car said it was 95.

70 now w/ 84% humidity, high of only 85 today thank goodness!!

Much more humid here today....temp was at 80 when I walked, but already felt breathless.......

Today wasn't too bad at the farm.....slight breeze off lake, managed to pick some blueberries....

Was 63 when we landed in Portland, OR at 11:30 this morning. DEEEEElightful!! I am NOT missing the heat and humidity back in Jersey. Beautiful sunny day here. Lots of clouds between Houston and Sea-Tac. Then we took a prop plane to Portland. That was fun. Flying by Rainier and Mt. St. Helena and Mt Hood. Neat!!

Great to get grandy kisses in Texas and great to get more when we got to Oregon. Sure wish we lived closer to them. Will take what I can get. Thankful for being close to some of them.

Yeah I was just going to post, spoke with my sister earlier she's in southern OR, it's been in the 70's and sunny all week...I am soooooo jealous!!!!!

69 now with 90% humidity. High of 89 with the humidity dropping 60% later on.
Wicked thunderstorms rolled through last night. Shook the house!

No relief here.....heading to 95, high humidity.....it's cooler in FL!

So glad to be in Oregon. Going to 86 today. Right now, though I am wrapped up in a blanket, cuz the house cooled down at night. Windows open.

It is 120° in the sun on our deck...and wonder why we never sit out there, LOL

Hit 97 here a bit ago. Now 96 with 50%. Heat index 108.

Today is the 15th 90 degree plus day here so far. ten of them are just in July!

Supposed to be worse tomorrow. I would spend the day in the air conditioned room, except that I have a Dr. appointment in the afternoon.

High of 95 today . They have us on an ALERT from 10am to 7pm as the heat index will be 100 - 105

Same here, Pixie.....there is a slight breeze today....air was not moving at all yesterday! Chance of a pop up storm, but nasty storms here tomorrow.

90 today with severe thunderstorms rolling through the state this morning and afternoon. Possible high winds and hail...NO! My gardens are just starting to look good dang it!!!!
