I don't know if I can be of help but will try. Do you know how to scan? If you scan there should be a screen come up that lets you save it. You save it to the main gallery and then you can go to the photo forum and where it says browse push that and go to gallery and down load. I don't know if I have explained this well enough to use. If not I am sure someone else will be able to help.

RedRose - what kind of scanner do you have? You also must have a photo editing program that came with it. There might be someone with same scanner and/or program that can walk you through it.

I do my scan then once it come up I go to file on the scan mune then to save as name the photo just under the name shoul be file type pull up the list and go to jpeg photos highligth that and click ok.
Then mine asks me if i want to send my scan to my pc I then click yes again and it asks me where I want to save it to. I set up a photo file for mine.
Then I go to Dave's and do the browse and pull up my photo file and click on the photo I want and hit ok and then hit preview on Dave's It should bring up your photo as a thumbnail,if it does all you need then is to send it.

If not the photo is still not named right.
