Love that Govt spending....my gas is now $3.88 a gallon here in town......most of that is CT taxes, so we can build another busway....or something.

My property tax goes up 6% this year and I'm not even getting the excuse of a busway out of it!

Well IT'S OFFICIAL!!!!! I have some AMAZING but at the same time shocking news! I'M EXPECTING!!!!! A little under 6 months and counting! I know, I'm shocked too. I can hardly believe it myself. I wasn't going to post it on DG, but since y'all are my family and friends, I wanted to make it official. I'm too overwhelmed to keep it a secret!!! Who would have guessed that me of all people would be expecting!! But I am!! I am expecting Santa in just under 6 months! Repost if you have a sense of humor. Lets see how many people read the whole status.

That's not MY job!

This is about: everybody, somebody, anybody or nobody.....

There is an important job to be done and everybody was sure that somebody would do it. Anybody "could have" done it, but nobody did. Somebody got angry about that because it was everybody's job. Everybody thought anybody could do it but nobody realized that everybody "wouldn't" do it......So it ended up that everybody blamed somebody when nobody did what anybody should have done.

They knew they were going to be closing, that's why they took away that store

The uppers knew it. The workers were chewing their fingernails from the 1st day I went in, till the day I left. It was a very very cold feeling.

We could of met and gone to Lunch or something. I am not far from W. Lebanon.

I know....I was out at Mascoma, but I came into W. Leb to shop....also visited a friend in Hitchcock.....Amazed at the size of that complex......

I still need a new Job :-) Going from 40 to 10 hours aint cutting it. :-( If I didn't get the job when I did I would not be sitting here typing or possibly have my house!

Hope you find one soon, Sherrie......maybe when the college kids go back to school, something will open up....

August 26 for the high school kids. Don't know about college as the one around here is small.
