we had a dusting @ 6am. by 9 am it was gone. Mom called at 9am and told me she had 8"

we had 7 or 8 .. but didn't pile up on the roads... just enough to make a slushy mess

Same here.... my drive had about 3" that fell after the plow....my neighbor came over with a snowblower, but I told him it would melt soon enough....

34 now going to 52!

Also 34, going to 45....I hope....can't walk til the ice melts.....

Bright and sunny in Brookline. Of course the plow guy came very early this morning to plow again the drive that barely needed it today. When I got home last night I took out the shovel again and cleared more areas that he missed yesterday as I didn't expect him back, so of course he did those areas again too. Chopped Liver, I am. Nantucket still has wind, but no snow. Low parts of town got a ton of water in them, so a bit of a mess down by the docks. Our Cedar still stands, kind of hoping it wouldn't. Patti

Blue Bird Day here in Southern CT. Ideal for cleaning up the garden beds, and saying hello to some old friends.

What a difference a few miles make, Abby! After hitting 53, there is still snow everywhere in my yard! Talking to a friend in Foxboro...22". Patti, sounds like Nantucket made out OK.....cedar is a toughie......I opened the bedroom windows today, & hung clothes on the line.....that makes me feel cheerier!

whoopie.. I saw some hellebore buds too!!!

Big melt today in Brookline as the driveway is almost now totally clear of snow. Though the banks are piled 4 feet high. I still can't open the back door without making a terrible mess in the house, but I will wait until tomorrow to go shovel that area.

Hellebore buds are so a fine sign as are having clothes out on a line to take in that sweet spring (yes, I said Spring) air. Whahooooooooo. But not making any bets about us getting no more snow . Enough already. But DH wants to go skiing on Tue and Weds if Stratton still has good snow. He can't get enough of the stuff. Kinda like Wha. Patti

No snow here for once! Yesterday was sunny and beautiful!! We got up to 43.
It's 21 now but climbing up to 41. Weatherman said we could hit 50 mid week!!!!!!!

Our foot of snow melted to 5" at measuring spot. Howver I can still see drifts in the back yard. 35° & overcast.

Bout the same here. The drifts are still a foot deep. A few plant peepers coming out of a melted spot.

Right now it's 45, cloudy & damp...but hey, it's not snowing!

Sun is trying to come out, 47° cold and damp this morning, very disappointed after gorgeous yesterday

rain here today and a big melt - woods boarding the property show a lot bare ground - still over a foot in our backyard
