why am I having to sign in with my Dg name and password every time I come here?

Sounds like maybe your browser settings got changed to clear cookies after every session. I'm on my Mac right now and I assume you're probably on a PC so I can't tell you exactly where to go in the menus, but somewhere under settings/preferences/etc you should find a checkbox for deleting cookies after every session/when you close your browser, uncheck that and it should remember you from one time to the next again.
