confusing e-mails

Dave, there is one problem that I have trading. If the e-mail is sent to me from here, I know who it is. But in some of them, the person is using their e-mail identification or their real name. Pretty soon I have no idea who this person is and cannot tell if they are someone who has e-mailed me under another name or if this is new. An example is one that first contacted me through DG, then another time at home under their local isp's assigned name, and later at a 2nd computer with their sister's isp's assigned name. Can you put a bold advice to ALWAYS use the DG name along with any other they care to use or their isp has assigned to them so I can keep straight who is who?

Hi! dave, Love my new job ,putting in so much overtime and getting a big bonus to boot!Now! why do some subscribers not have an e-mail on thier page? How can I contact them for trades?
