I always thought my Bday was the 7th until at the age of 21 I had to get an official copy of my Birth Certificate which shows my born on the 6th! Parents had no explanation and officials said possible to record birth after actual date, but not before. So, I see I continue my own version of 'Fruit Basket Birthday
Upset' ! Gives my well wishers lots of leeway though.

Good news, coleup. I was taught in law class that a person turns 21 the day before their 21st birthday.
