1st time in a long time I slept until my alarm went off.. good or bad???... LOL... 57 now going to 87

Hi Everyone, been a busy week but im loving the weather!!!!!!!!
It's 59 at the moment , sunny for today with a high of 81 .

64 & partly cloudy. Sleeping through the night is good as sleep problems pop up as you age.

Im finding that out Iris, 4 nights in a row have woken up at 3:45am and can't go back to sleep. Makes for a long day.

Doc has me on 2 5mg of Melatonin which helps. sometimes i sleep through & when I wake up once i can go back to sleep. summer of 2009 I kept waking up every 2 hrs. which was dreadful. I found that you have to get the Melotonin at a drug store. It varies according to the producer. stuff at a grocery store is no good.

Humidity is climbing...71 & sunny...heading to 85 this afternoon.....I usually read til midnight, then sleep to 8...Suey wakes me at 6, I let her out & go right back to sleep again!

Had a beautiful day for a family lobster bake. I had an almost perfect day with the exception of some bad news...thats twice this week. :(
My sunrise was shaded in pinks and blues, and my end of day sunset was just simply beautiful. The good Lord has a way of softening the blows of life, I'm thankful for all he's given me.

Our evening service was at the park. It looked like the rain would bypass us, BUT, no sooner did we finish singing than it started sprinkling. Thankfully there was a gazebo there so we could all move out of the rain and finish, cuz it did come down. DS debated with himself all afternoon about moving it to the church building. It all worked out well, though. The radar maps made it look like it would bypass us to the west by a bit. God has a sense of humor, cuz Taylor preached this morning about the power of God and his rebuke of the wind during a storm and when He told the sea to be calm. He was just reminding us that He is in control.

A rain shower drove us in from weeding. First thunder, then wind so we moved. The bed was about 200ft from the house, I'm not used to moveing that fast. whew!
