Crazy weather! Tornado warnings all over the place.....had to pull off the road coming home from the farm....happened to be in WFF's parking area! Turned on the radio to hear...."Take shelter if you are in the following towns: East Morris...." yep, that's where I was! Just like a fire hose turned on the windshield, roads flooded....had to put the car in AWD.....no wind damage though, & got home safely.....but the warnings are up to 9 tonight.....

We had warnings here and cancelled sister day today. Mostly just windy, we got 2.5" Thurs and 1/2" last night.

we had a strong storm.. rained sideways for about 15 mins.. and done with .. starting to taper off all together now.. windows are open once again!!!!

Gorgeous out there. Just back from my power walk. Did almost six miles. Perfect weather.

speaking of power walking.. you have to see the one guy who jogs around the lake here in the morning.. looks like he is trying to fly.. UGH .. makes me laugh everyday.. I keep trying to figure out how to tape him and not get busted.. LOL

I mean fast walking. Very fast in my case - about as fast as I can walk without breaking into a jog.

I wear wrist weights and do some flying myself when I walk, :-), but I usually only do it if it's kinda dark out!
