Miscellaneous shots 2012 #3
Did you know if you get caught peeing in public your name goes on the sex offenders list?
In NJ?
Seems like victor is going for all 50 states...
It only counts if you spell your name correctly in the snow - in cursive.
I prefer the Latin...
Some states, it gets listed under indecent exposure
This list from 2009
Arizona, Ariz. Rev. Stat. §13-3821 (if the individual has more than one previous conviction for public urination—two if
exposed to a person under 15; three if exposed to a person over 15); California, Cal. Penal Code §314(1)-(2), 290; Connecticut,
Conn. Gen. Stat. §53a-186, §54-250, §54-251 (if the victim was under 18); Georgia, O.C.G.A. §42-1-12, 16-6-8 (if done in view of
a minor); Idaho, Idaho Code Ann. §18-4116, 8306, 8304; Kentucky, Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. §510.148, §17.520, 500, §510.150;

§5407, 5401.
Looks like I'm okay in NY.
they may have changed it, though, that was from '09
Oh, yeah, CT would be on that list! Can't count the times I've had to take to the woods...really tricky when it's snowy & icy off the trail!!!
Wow! Really enjoyed those photos, Victor! I see you just keep getting better and better with that camera! The colors around the springs are so different than I remember. I appreciate your explanation of that. Many of those shots are very paintable! Funny how Hank and I see things differently since we took the art classes last winter. :) Neither of us has painted one thing this summer.
Here are a few fall shots from our backyard gardens....
Thanks, Louise!
Great fall blooms! Today is gorgeous here. Finally a fall-like day.
That dahlia would make a lovely painting, Louise!
Gosh, you're right, Marilyn! :)
Cutie!
That little cutie loves cheering......
Very cute, Ronnie!
aaawww too cute!!!
Wow - check out this guy's macro bug pics - insane! Also look at his art. Nice too.

Cool pics!!
my son will love that
looks like the right size for me!!!
Yes it would be!
Jen where are you going to sit?
He is going to lose those cute yellow handles, right?? ;)
hope your hubby drives safely - not a fan of them, a father and 8 yr old where killed over the weekend when a truck took a left into the setting sun and never saw them. and a few years ago a friend hit sand on the kancamagus hwy in NH and killed himself sliding into the guard rail, he was not speeding. his buddy behind him hit the same patch and survived unhurt.
No seat for me :(
Those tan handles were actually stock(YUCK) this Harley was made in Italy, just saying...LOL
I feel if it's your day to go, you can be sitting on the sofa and have a heart attack, so I'd rather be out having some fun
I personally know more people that have been killed or been in car accidents than motorcycle
Hubby's been riding almost 30 years and been in 1 accident(in NH hit by idiot kid from MA, who had no insurance)
there are slightly more cars than motorcycles.
a kid i grew up with hit sand going to pick up some milk around the corner and ended up with serious head trauma and needs full time care for the rest of his life. he was wearing a helmut. I hear you about if its your time although you do not need to roll the dice un-neccessarily.
No I'm not jumping out of planes or anything, lots more dangerous past times
Wearing a helmet doesn't guarantee you'll be free from a head injury in fact there are more neck injuries sustained because of the helmet, also you're line of vision is impaired when wearing one
with cell phones & texting.. do not think I would ride a bike again.. being on the road today all day.. seeing how many times I almost get into an accident because of stupidity.. nah not worth it.. outside NJ.. in the country yeah sure.. here.. no way
That looks close...Wow is right, awesome pic!
very cool!
That is quite a shot!!!
Visited the Coastal Botanical Garden in Boothbay Harbor, Maine on Tuesday. Was my first (only) trip this year. It is such an awesome garden, not just for the obvious things like well-labeled plants, but also for the sculpture that they always have during the summer, a different display every year. This year's theme was birds. I loved the steel crow by Mark Kindschi. The second picture has a heron in bronze by Ray Carbone, and the birds in the pond move on the slightest breeze (by George Sherwood). Last pic is just a cool split rock. The garden is full of cool rocks, reason enough to go just for them! (But I am admittedly prejudiced in favor of rocks...)
Great photo! I lost a former student on a motorcycle....first day riding it, he hit a guardrail.....GG, just love those birds!
