I'd suggest starting with some clearly titled threads in the native/wild plants forum: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/f/wildplants/all/ Start a new thread when the first one gets to 100+ posts, especially if there are a lot of photos.

If at some point in the future, your threads start to dominate the first page of threads, that will help us conclude that it's time to move you to your own dedicated forum.
