Yes it is. So often I have to waste energy and freeze the room just to get rid of humidity.

we use a dehumidifier in the basement. down to 69° at the moment. I keep the a/c off as long as I can. Run it on 'cool' as it is in only one room.

Use one in the basement too. I could never understand why the dehumidify-only option was not built into central air systems decades ago.

I would love that option now as well.. AC is on.. getting ready to burn baby burn!!! 68 and muggy now.. going to 95.. I see 56% humidity for the day... and 70% for this evening.. ICK

Same here, it was tough walking 2 miles this morning, twice I wanted to cut it short.

It's 59 now, high of 90 for today. Brian is staying home in AC im going to the ocean for the day. Haven't been since 2010 and it's someplace I can relax. ^_^

Lucky folks near the ocean today....right now the fans are on, & it's comfortable...the a/c goes on when it's miserable....

87 and humid. I think Lake Erie is helping me a little today. I'm also in shorts, which I don't wear much.

J-2 can you imagine me in shorts? well I am. Upstairs typing out letters & it will feel cooler when I go down. If too bad I will retreat to the room with the a/c. 92° Come on ocean. You can cool better than that.

we topped out at 90.

a sticky 82 here.. closed the door quick when I let the dogs out.. ugh

good thing there was breeze blowing around all that hot air or else it would have be excruciating

96 tops. since it was cool the day before I made it through with out a/c. won't happen tomorrow but must shop for groceries early.

92 here yesterday, but it was perfect at the beach!
It's 73 now with 84% humidity we are going back towards the 90's again today. The weekend is looking good though!
