Yes, there is a winter storm watch in effect from now until Monday. It just stopped raining and it is 40 degrees. Supposed to be sunny and 51 tomorrow, but only 40 with mixed precip on Monday. Hopefully we won't be making up for the mild winter in WNY.

It is currently 37 degrees with sunshine starting in WNY. There is a winter storm watch in affect starting tonight until tomorrow. We may see a 2-4 inch accumulation of snow. Yuck.

my daughter is (was) taking me to the redsox-yankees game tonight - hoping for a early cancellation to save me from the drive in

43 and breezy today. Our local Lions Club had a wine tasting poker run yesterday. Nice turn out and it was about 48 yesterday.

45 rain since early afternoon. Goldfinches were eating at the tube feeder & were underneath the squirrel baffle. Sissies!

It's pouring in NYC. We had planned to go to the house this morning and come back tomorrow afternoon, but because of the storm we ended up staying here for the weekend. I left a few plants - my Bluestone order- outside when we left mid-week thinking we'd be back in a couple of days, poor things. Now I have to wait until Friday to see how they survived. I have stuff in the mini-greenhouse, too. Oops!

Yuck, I walked 1/8 of a mile and turned around and came back, it's very wet snow my feet are soaked thru
(sneakers, no boots) and the tree branches are touching the ground. Plus we have pink slush along the roads where the snow is on top of the fallen crab apple petals.
