Lizzie, I have lots of those snow bells. Can you sign up and come to the Round-Up in Burleson on April 28? If so I'll bring you some. Otherwise look at my want list on DG and see if we can trade in the mail. Marty
February 2012 Blooms
Marty, can I have some if you have an extra clump?
Yes, Dennis. I was hoping to find something you might want. Ive gotten so many good things from you. I'll bring you some. They may be dormant by then as well. They are just finishing up the bloom here.
Thanks, Marty. I almost ordered some of those and am glad that someone has some to offer! :)
Marty...I am not sure about the Burleson meet up. April is usually a pretty busy month for us. I looked on your trade page and do not have anything. I have a fairly new yard...built this house a little over 3 years ago and I lost a lot of my newly established stuff last year so basically having to start over again. Hopefully in a couple of years I will be at the round up stage, lol.
Lizzie, if you can make Burleson RU please do. I promise you won't go home empty handed. We all bring extra plants and don't want to take them home. Plus you can trade potting soil, garden art or most anything also.
Going to the March blooms....yes it did sneak up on me!

ok..thanks Sheila! I have put it on my calendar so that I won't forget it just in case I can get there. Hubby is usually up for any kind of road trip if we have the time.
Is anyone bringing Llama manure this year? My plants loved the bucket full I got last year.
Marty, I have cow, horse, donkey, goat, and sheep as well as a little duck manure. I mean real poop, we have all those animals on the farm here. Heavens to betsy (gg) someone actually wants that stuff????!!!!! LOL. Next they'll be wanting all my prickly pears, cedar, holly and darn it, just forgot the stupid prickly bushy tree that we spend all our time trying to get rid of and folks pay for them at the nurseries. Geez it is a pain getting old AND being blonde at the same time.
Wait, I remember, it's Yaupon.
Seriously, farm humor aside, if you would like some of the above manure, give me a shout and I shall bring you some.
Joy
I'd love some of any but the duck manure. I think it may be too hot for the way I would use it.
Marty and Joy.....Please copy your offers over on the RU trade thread.... LOL!!!
But oh yes Joy!....you would get lots of offers to trade plants for poop!! It has also been a big hit as a door prize in years past.
