A gorgeous bloom Helena, love the color and blizzard effect.
Winter MG blooms 2011-2012 # 1
this vine has been with mne for two years now, it was tagged as I. hedercera var. lutea, but have yet to see it bloom, it vines everywhere and roots in the air even, have several of these plants from cuttings if anyone wants any..they are a beautiful leaf and fast viner, just havn't seen it's bloom!
Great bloom, Helena!
Fun to see a tomato in your tropical oasis, Debra... nice blooms and foliage, too!
I think I'll have a first bloom on a blue blizzard in a few hours or so... What time is it? Oh. I guess I'll try sleeping. (-;
(to be continued...)
Debra, I love your MG bloom in the pic with the tomato, a lovely color. Nice stictocardia.
Cross-posted with you, Helena... very nice hige!!

debra... lovely down there... nice stictocardia...mine went to toast that Halloween clod/snow ... I've brought the roots in as they surely couldn't have got to cold... nothing yet so far...
Helen.. great to have them so lovely so late...
Very pretty blooms Helena and Nick.
I am so grateful you are still getting blooms from outside Helena and Nick, it makes me smile to see them.
Gordon, sticto is cold hardy root wise to -34, I have been told, so I bet if ya get it under it's own light and some warmth it will start vining and surprise you..
if not let me know, I can replace your vine for you..
More lovely blooms, Helena!
Thanks for the kind words, folks! That blizzard from Dec. 8 is growing on the south-facing windowsill. I also decided to add some fluorescent lights like you have, Debra, because the sun is now being blocked at noon by the peak of the neighbors' rooftop, plus we've had some dreary cloudy days.
My other growing area is in my bathroom... No sunlight — just high output full-spectrum gro lights. This is where my 'Keiryu' is growing (I surrounded a bloom with a sheet of paper to show the subtle colors)...
Pretty dark blooms Helena.
Nick, a beautiful Keiryu, love the soft colors.

gorgeous display, Helena and Nick.. that is a great idea about using the bath as a growing area, I might have to think about that , since I pay the light bill LOL... our bill has gone up 30 dollars just like the water goes up 30 dollars in summer..
What a great color Nick.
ohhhh pretty! gee, I had a great picotee bloom this am, but no time to run back upstairs with camera to get a pic, dang it.
Glad you're still getting blooms Helena. Lovely blooms they are too.
Oh my gosh, so pretty Helena. I love the no id pinks. Mauve splash is very special and I really like the nice
bloom with the blizzard pattern. The last pic is a beaut for sure, love the colors.
