A Suggestion to DG that would make my life easier

Punta Gorda, FL(Zone 9b)

Hi,
Never posted over here, and perhaps my request is possible already, and I just don't know how to do it.
Also, I don't even know if this is the right forum to post this in, but thought it sounded as close as I could get.
Here it is: On my 'homepage' here, the forums are all listed topsy turvy. It would be so wonderful if they were
listed alphabetically, I could easily eye-scan down the list. The way it is, it's a mess. I'm an organized person,
and sometimes get so tired of searching for the new entries I just give up and go to another forum
somewhere else on the net. And is it possible to type in bold or italic? Thasnks for hearing this, hope a couple of the right people read this and
take at least the alphabetical listings into serious consideration.

Bold or ital is achieved with this coding, minus the spaces after the 1st bracket: < b>text< /b> < i>text< /i>

Thanks Summer, I guess I never tried to see if it would accept html! That's great, now if we could get an alphabitized list of forums we've chosen,
I'd be in Hog Heaven!!!! :)

You're not alone on the wish for an option to alphabetize the forums on the home page--I've seen people post that request a number of times in the past. I prefer to have them sorted the way they are with the ones that have the most recent posts at the top, so if this change ever is implemented I would love to see it as an option where you can choose to sort alphabetically or by most recent post.

Under the present platform, the alphabetized list isn't possible. The system bubbles the forum with the most recent activity to the top of the list right now. If we get a re-work in the future, we'll see if it is possible to offer that as an option.

Passionflowerz ~ one thing I use frequently when I can't find the specific forum I am looking for is the Ctrl F key combination.

In that find box, I just type what I am looking for and it is highlighted on the page so I can access it without a frustrating search.

Just a thought to keep you here... 8 )
