New raised beds!

I just started buying "medium grade" pine bark mulch, then I screen it.

I get the best quakity I can ($7-8 instead of $2.75-$3) beucase it has so much less dust, wood and dirt.

What are the indoor light grown greens like in terms of taste and nutrition?

I am growing greens in my unheated insulated cold frame, inside my unheated greenhouse here in Alberta. I threw in a string of Christmas lights when we had nights of minus 20 C and the temp stayed at plus 3 C.
