North Central Texas RU October 16th, (Attendance Thread)
Hate to say, I won't be making it but must this time.
Got to be in Hou & Katy on Fri, W Columbia Sat, Katy Sunday. Back to Mag Mon & Tues, working. AND then off to Indy on Wed morning for G-daughter's wedding Sat. Next Sunday, we get to rest!!! Back on road Mon & Tues coming back to TX & back to work Wed, the 26th!!! Catch up for being gone a wk & billing again on the first!!!
Just too many miles & I am finally realizing that I ain't as young as I use to be!!! ROFLOL!!!
B/c I have a well, my plants didn't suffer too much except for my gingers. & I'm not sure, it wasn't the moles rather than the heat & drought!!! Walking in my yard makes you think you are drunk, even when you aren't drinking!!! Take a step & then sink in the mole tunnels.
Will be thinking about ya'll Sunday & wishing I was there!!! If I could wiggle this crooked nose, I'd be there!!!

Smockette, you'll be missed but I completely understand. I make a couple of trips a year up to Northern WI to take care of family stuff and all that driving really takes it out of a body (old or newer!).

My friend, Carol, can't make it. She has out of town guests.
