North Central Texas RU October 16th, (Attendance Thread)

Hello Everyone!!!
Kate "msgrubbyfungus" has been very kind and has offered to host this RU at her home in North Richland Hills, Texas.
The exact address will be dmailed to each participant closer to the RU date

Date--- Sunday October 16th
Time---12 Noon till? We start later to give people from out of town a chance to be on time.
Place--- North Richland Hills

DOOR PRIZES, ONE PER PERSON
Please bring a small item per each person in your party, for the door prizes, it can be a book or a small garden tool, just a small item or maybe a plant, but something not gender specific, and not expensive.

My dad and I will attend.

Stephanie and Mark will be in attendance. :)

Robert and I are planning to be there. (Of course, if the Rangers are still playing and in the final game of the AL championship, I'd not be surprised if he backed out.)

My mom is finally going to come for the first time, as I've asked her every year, and we had conflicting schedules. :)

Debs -- FYI we don't have much in the way of stuff to keep kids occupied (lots of space but no balls, games, etc.) so having them bring some balls or games or something may keep them happy.

Carol will be coming with me.

I'll also be bringing my neighbor. He's a very nice gentleman who loves plants as well :)

I should be able to come for a while anyway.....may not bring any plants, and sure don't need any to have to worry about getting planted right now. Just need a few hugs from my friends.

Sheila, ditto what Stephanie said. Just bring you... that's the most important thing! There will be plenty of hugs!

BTW everyone, the hammock chair is reserved for Shelia, she's more than earned it.

Steph (catz)-I'm pretty sure Herman will not be in attendance this time. He's still recovering from his surgery.

Sheila, I've got you down for a hug. :-)
I might even give you 2 hugs because the Rose of Sharon start you gave me a few years ago survived the heat and drought just fine and is blooming nicely.

Stephanie....Hope Mark is doing well, I haven't read all of the threads....so far behind.

Herman will be out of therapy next week!! He is doing very well with walking with a walker so far. I am not sure that he will feel up to visiting just yet. We appreciate the prayers and well wishes for sure. Bring on the hugs!
