Mugs, shirts?

Some members have expressed an interest in getting those cool DG coffee mugs that we ordered recently.

Starting today, they are available! We also are offering some nicely embroidered shirts. Check out this page:

Dave, why don't you print up the recipes that are already posted, and offer the "Dave's Garden Delectabes" for sale?
Much bigger margin of profit.

eyes, we are actually working on putting together a recipe book. Getting started with the programming of it is 2nd or 3rd on my TODO here.

Just a thought..

I've ordered my t-shirt, and about those mugs: I can tell ya'll they are very cool. I got mine a couple weeks ago (hope the other Plants Database challenge winners have received theirs, too!!!!) and it's been used every day since. I'm a serious coffee drinker, and this mug is the best :)

Thanks Dave and Trish - can't wait to get my t-shirt!!!

Ewing, KY(Zone 6a)

I ordered mine....... question will there be a link (like on our home page )we can go to if we want to order more? (thinking gifts here) lol

Jonesboro, GA(Zone 7b)

Hi Dave - hate to be picky, but are these shirts men's sizes or women's, all cotton or a blend? Will they shrink some? I have bought a couple of shirts thinking they would shrink and then found out they were men's and they stayed waaay to big for me. (Not yours yet)

Dave... While I think a coffee cup is nice... and a shirt certainly useful... I'd rather have a soft top ball cap, which I would always were when outoors... which is where I garden.

Greenville, SC(Zone 7a)

Mug & shirts look great! I have to agree with starz tho, We need 'Black" tee-shirts for the garden LoL!

Allen Park, MI(Zone 6a)

I'm with you Darius BASEBALL CAP

The T-shirts are 100% cotton, and in men's sizes. The ones that I have already done are preshrunk, but I can't find them anymore, and these are not preshrunk. Sorry!! It is the wrong time of year to be buying t-shirts :)

If you would like another color for the t-shirts, email me, and I'll see what I can do- no promises, but I'll see.

Also, I've already gotten requests for special orders. It is sometimes possible (I have a large collection of flowers), so if you are interested, email me.

Any other questions, post away!

Trish

Hats?

Circleville, OH(Zone 8b)

yes hats!!!!!

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

yes hats!!!

Jonesboro, GA(Zone 7b)

Trish, thanks for the info, now I know to order Medium instead of large.

Jacksonville, TX(Zone 8b)

Hang onto your "hats"....they are much harder to do, so I'll have to experiment a little first :)

Trish

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

I thought they might be, and won't bug you, but it would be a great gift idea.

Jacksonville, TX(Zone 8b)

I forgot to mention that I don't really recommend black shirts. The black and the green won't show up well, and I just don't think it looks right to have the black changed to white. It's your call, of course, but I would say the tan or heather-grey would look better than black.

Good point Trish..
Hadn't thought of that..
By the way what kind of shipping charges would apply if sent to Canada?
Cheers,
Carol

Wow, what service! I don't know of too many other places where you get your package on the second day after you order.

I love the mug and shirt. Just a warning - the T-shirt is very good quality and true to size. I always buy a men's large because I like them loose, but the better quality ones seem to be bigger. Doesn't matter to me - I'll wear it anyway that it fits!

Are there no 3X gardners here? I get scared when I order a 2X, they shrink and I can't wear them anymore.

Trish, can you get 3X?

Georgetown, TX(Zone 8a)

Trish, I hate to ask for special treatment, but suppose I could buy the shirts and send them to you, would you embroider them for a fee? You see, pink is a special signature color for me and granddarling, age almost 5, and we garden together. Have since before she could walk, and I would take her to her front beds that I was designing and ask her to help me do a little gardening. Later, she would take me by the hand and say "come on, PopPop, let's do a little gardening". She has some little tools and knows all about deadheading. I would like to have matching shirts to wear when I am once again able to garden with her, maybe with the DG logo and a butterfly? My daughter doesn't mind paying you to do this, because she is so relieved to see me once again online and looking like myself (ie; gardening).

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

I'm a 3X'r, too, Shuttlebunny! :o)

Jacksonville, TX(Zone 8b)

Shuttlebunny and GW- 3x's are $1.00 more (due to the extra cost of the shirt). If you'll just send me a check that includes the extra dollar, I'll get you your shirt :)

Aimee- that is sooo cute :) I'll be happy to do something for you- email me and we'll talk.
