Dany, yer killin' me with all the beauties you are posting. The little spec of Fujishibori speckles on that almost all white is so cool. Love all the blues you have shown us too.
All gorgeous blooms Dany!! Love your neat four o'clock too!
Dany - OMG!!! This is awesome: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/fp.php?pid=8765885 I don't know how you managed to get so many different colored block petals like that, but I hope your crossing produces a plant that consistently produces such blooms! That is truly amazing!!!!
This one is beautiful in color and pattern: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/fp.php?pid=8765877
This is a neat photo because of the reverse colors between the two blooms! http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/fp.php?pid=8765876
Another beauty is #4
Which ones were Black King crosses? The first one posted labeled Black King cross plus numbers 1 though 3 after it? The first one http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/fp.php?pid=8765853 is fabulous! Color and pattern is wonderful!!! And I like the reverse colors of this one, too! http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/fp.php?pid=8765859 You were right about Black King being good to use to cross. :-)
The leaf in this one is funny to see such a huge leaf: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/fp.php?pid=8765847 The bloom is really pretty, too! I like the bloom a lot! I. nil, right?
This photo: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/fp.php?pid=8765845 looks like a touch of color of a purple speckles gene. That's pretty cool!
For an I. nil hige, this one http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/fp.php?pid=8765842 has a very nice form flower. Not split but more peony type! Very, very nice all of them!
How many crosses of Black King do you have growing out currently? If you have more, I can't wait to see them!

Beautiful blooms Dany. Drop dead gorgeous 4 oclock too
Dany - I have a question for you ...
Have you run across any instructions on how to grow MGs as a Bonsai size like those in the photos above that you posted? http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/fp.php?pid=8758963
Would love to see a link describing how to grow them in Bonsai form!!!
That is such a neat idea and I could grow a lot more seeds if I didn't let the vines get so big. All those little pots of MGs don't look like they take up much room. Just big enough to get several nice sized blooms to use for crossing and then let the blooms go to seed. Allow the vine to then expire after several seed pods are ripe. It might be a quick way to make crosses. Or to try to stabilize a cross.
Even under lights, I do get a few large blooms on each vine. But as the vine gets taller/longer, the blooms become smaller because of the size of the cup/root room and maybe the lack of full sunlight. Maybe the shop lights don't provide enough lighting for the plants? Mine seem to do okay. They certainly last longer than they do outdoors with the pest and fungus issues! And I get lots of blooms on most of them. And seeds, too!
Makes me wonder how long the bonsai plants live?
Dany, those crosses with Black King are pretty neat, I like the dark flowers.
That is one gigantic bloom! Wow!
Love the color of your curly bloom! Looks a bit feathered in the profile photo. Fascinating!
Beautiful Curly bloom Dany.
Becky, I'm guessing one of the parents is a feathered
