Is this a new glitch or a journal specific problem?

Deep East Texas, TX(Zone 8a)

In my journal doing a search tonight and received this message at 10:18p.m.

Quoting:
Database error: Invalid SQL: select statusname from j_status where statusid =
MySQL Error: 1064 (You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1)
Session halted.

Hadn't had one of these for a while...

I'll send this over to the tech team and let them take a look. MySQL errors are something they always want to know about. Is it ok now, or is in on-going?
I'll let you know what they say.
Thanks!

Thank you for helping. It was only once, like a short time out but I haven't spent a lot of time in my journal so don't know if it might be ongoing.

I went on to the forums and they functioned normally.
Appreciate you...

I am currently having slow load times and got several time out errors. Was also looking through my journal but even getting to this forum took longer than usual.

I called the data center around 11 last night to let them know we were having problems. They were checking into it then. I'm not seeing any problems this morning. Hoping for the best :-)

Just now 6:03 a.m. ~ after I marked a thread to watch, the site seemed to slow down visibly and I got this message

Memcache could not connect
Memcache could not connect

What does that mean?

When I refreshed, it went on as normal...

Just now, I put the quotes box around the message I rec'd and when posted it didn't appear. Hmmm...

I really believe that the problem is you are posting way too early on a Sunday morning. Cyberspace isnt even awake yet! lol

Deep East Texas, TX(Zone 8a)

LOL ~ you know how it is when it is this blessed hot and yet it is getting light later in the morning so I can't be outdoors.
Waiting on daylight ~ what to do???

I don't stay up late at night on a chocolate/sugar high like some folks I know . 8 ))

Liberty Hill, TX(Zone 8a)

That was ONE time and I will never live it down. : ( lol. I do understand about the heat tho.

It sounds like we had some sort of glitch, but it also sounds like it was temporary. :-)

Deep East Texas, TX(Zone 8a)

Yep ~ Lisa claims that chocolate rush was a temporary glitch but... maybe a 'closet' chocoholic ~ who knows.

Terry ~ no, it hasn't recurred. I wonder sometimes if it is on my end and post to see if someone else will validate the problem. Then I am relieved I don't need to look elsewhere. Thanks ~

I don't think it's on your end, but it is one of those elusive little things that are hard to track down.
