Halloween Decorations 2011
Wow....very creative.
love those ghouls Celeste!!!... you guys did great!!!
great job Jumper!!!... I love them all but the horse & skeleton is the best!!!! so cool!!!!
we had fun tonight setting everything up .. IT DID NOT RAIN!!!!!!!!!... but we didn't take a chance putting everything out.. but we put a good amount that we could just grab up and bring in the garage if need be... never saw such a calm wind night this time of year.. we fogged out the whole neighborhood... and only had one fogger running.. usually we have 3.. and most years can't even tell they are there.. the wind blows it away... we had to turn the thing down to the lowest setting and it was still too much.. hope it's like that on monday!!! I am uploading a youtube now.. and having a beer!!!
You deserve a rest for sure, Allison. I bet the fog does add even more atmosphere to your creation.
I liked Jumper's jumping bones, too. You guys are so inspiring.
ok here ya go!

"I'd go inside wit you, but I don't have the guts." I'd like to know, where were those guts? Truly amazing. It's no wonder that you started this summer.
Wow! And you give away candy, too?
yes.. we even put candy and trinkets in the tray of the baseball guy for the judges .. that always come with kids.. can't hurt to brown nose!!!
I appreciate your passion!!! Amazing!!!!
I'm glad you like the skeleton horse, Allison. I thought you might like him. Your video is pretty cool.
thanks!!
My daughter enjoyed it, son couldn't watch it

too cool!!!
My DH has a Halloween birthday, so the monsters are going to greet him when he gets home at night after a business trip.
that's so nice!!
Thanks. An hour of scissors work--he's not hard to please.
always good.. sure he will love them!!
Came out very nice.....
I'm thinking about Allison's lights and ghosts getting whalloped in the storm. I don't know how I'd handle the disappointment. I hope you are managing after the tree came down, Allison, and that you can still enjoy today. Will the trick or treaters come out, or will the event be delayed by the town? The one year I lived in New Jersey was the biggest year I've ever seen for kids celebrating and collecting candy.
Happy Halloween wishes for the best possible day for all of us.
One of the towns in NJ postponed trick or treating till Friday cause of all the mess
UGH, why a migraine tonight? Feels like someone drove an ice pick thru my head....I wanted to be out trick or treating with the kids :(
cute!
too cute! bet that kept him nice and toasty, too
They postponed until tomorrow but I still do not see it being safe wires and trees down all over
That's quite a sight, Allison! With the exception of the tree branch it looks like the ghosts and skeletins have been resurected. Congrats that the power is on again, too. Do any of the display lights work?
a few tombstones are broken.. a bunch of things need to be repaired as for ripped material .... I already fixed the skulls that dance right behind the fence... and the gargoyle on the fence under the tree was smashed.. Randy is an electrical tape freak.. he tapes every single cord.. yes the lights still work because of that.. and nothing was ripped down!.. besides being out of power for so long.. we were very lucky.. the worst damage I saw in the neighborhood was a limb smashed out my neighbors sun roof.. and the car was full of snow.. we were all pretty lucky no homes damaged that I could see from the street
Good thing the cords were taped and that so many of the displays did survive the battering of the storm. The remaining displays must be indestructible :)
Yippie for Allison!! Halloween is back on!!!!!!!!!
they warned me we might loose the fence when the backhoe moved the tree... I said do what you have to do.. and the one gargoyle suffered and that's all .. very happy for that
