LOVE the costume swap idea!!!!!!
and the glow stick in a jar is an AWESOME idea!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes - I will do the glowstick in a jar. Love the pumpkins. What do you guys use to preserve them and prevent mold?
Nothing.
They do have a spray you can use. I tried vaseline once (read that somewhere) but didn't work.

cool Jumper is coming to Joisey!!!
the towns contest is tonight.. always feel bad when they are trudging out there in bad weather.. and I am pretty sure my sprayed cobwebs are going to be trashed... and of course we are not going to be putting out our animated things if it's raining.. always a bummer
Awe, sorry the weather is not behaving. Rain seems to have a hold on your area this year Allison!
How cute....my grandkids would love them!
they are great!
Good luck Allison
Love it Jumper! Those tombstone saying's are too cute!
DH has fun with those! during trick or treating, the kids and ther parents love reading them.
I bet!! I'd have to stand there and read them all too. ^_^
Ha ha ha! "I died on the Web" I love it! Tell DH he does good!!!!

Wonderful, Jumper!

Don't recall if this was posted here before. I'm stealing the concept for our windows, because monsters are pretty easy to draw freehand. Noone knows what they really would look like.
Goul totem pole milk jugs are a ghastly green from spray paint, awaiting their friction tape faces, then mount on a stick, holes in the back for candles or tea lights.
I'm filling my fireplace with a dozen jars of water with glow sticks for our Halloween party.
This site gave lots of great ideas for quick Halloween makeovers.
I hope Allison's house wins the contest!
Good idea filling the fireplace
