Thanks Jo, love Scheherazade....can't wait until mine blooms. I think i'm a week or so later than last year on blooms.

I am not sure if I am slow or late for these lilies.They went into this new spot in '10.
I'll check dates. I am waiting for Black Dragon-Beauty cant remember.

Its late I have July 11 for bloom last year.

This picture was posted on the 24th of last year and all those lilies are in bloom. Right now they aren't, although I have some ready to "pop" any day now. :)

Joann I have also noticed all my plants have been blooming an average of 2 weeks later than last year!

Last year was special .We had an early spring.I kept waiting for reality to set in and get a freeze in mid May but it never happened. Everyone was commenting we would pay for the glorious spring of '10.
Now we are. We are near drought conditions here. I am watering a select few plants, my new iris and transplanted astilbes plus the new lilac bushes.

Oh man you just made me remember I turned on my soaker hose last night for some of my plants that like wet soil and forgot about it! woops I guess they'll have plenty of water!

oops.. done that.. went to work with the micro sprinklers on .. had Randy turn it off lunch time

Raspberry Truffle is very nice.....also love the photo with all the lilies blooming......Jo, we are at drought conditions also....no moisture in my soil...very discouraging....have no idea what this hydrangea is, but I bought it as Lady in Red!
