Now this one's just plain weird! But it reverted to "No" once I returned to my home page and then went back into Plant ID.

You're welcome. It could be just an anomaly, but sometimes these weird glitches are a portent of things to come and, if they're informed, help IT to see a pattern and then find a solution when the real problem raises its ugly head.
