My light Mauve Splash was more gray than anything today if the picture shows.

Helena - I love that Flying Saucer X Blue Star cross!!! Awesome!!! Both cultivars from Karen2005 are wonderful. Excellent vines and blooms!

I love the light Mauve Splash. Looks lavender and purple in the photo, but that's cool that it had tones of gray! May I ask where the seed came from?

I love it and the Blue Star F.S cross too.
This is a tiny bloomer, less than 2 inches across. Just came up on it's own
mixed in with the wild bird sds would be my guess. The blue look to the throat is a
tiny visitor.

Jackie - Interesting bloom. It's not bindweed is it? I can't see the leaves that well in your photo.

Becky look to the left and you can see the tiny heart shaped lvs. It might very well
be bindweed. The 1st leaf is all the way over to the left side of the pic.

Becky, I checked the label on that gray bloom and guess what? It's one of Antoinettes crosses of Rose Silk x Fuji Shibori. It has a dark gray bloom and a larger bloom with gray and stripes, dark & light colors hard for me to describe.

This one was a volunteer from last year's Akatsuki no Umi x Early call pink. It has the color of early call pink, but i has the white margin around it, plus it seems to have the large-flowered phenotype. Very Cool!

Helena, Love your blooms this morning. Your Tie Dye cross looks a lot like Purple Blizzard, very pretty.

This is a bloom from yesterday on another vine of Mauve Splash. This looks like the typical bloom pattern on early blooms.

Looks like I got a Heavenly Blue volunteer! Or something else ...

Becky, love the Mauve Splash. I have one up from my back yard M splash. The one I grew on the front porch last yr was identical to your gorgeous bloom.
Heres the one on the front porch, I loved it.

Wonderful blooms Helena. Your 1st bloom from Karen05 's mix looks like my purple weird Saz I had last yr. My sds for that one also came from Karen 05.

Thanks Jackie, I sow an entire packet of Karens2005 seeds early on so no wonder I have so many. Most have been pretty neat blooms but like she refers to them as JMG Ip. nils.

I'll have to try some more of your seeds later on.
