Ditto here. It's odd that you're seeing the html tags in others' posts (you shouldn't even see them in your own, except when you're typing them in.)

I think it has to be something in your setup. What browser are you operating?

Latest version of Firefox. Don't remember the number. I have never seen this happen on any other webpage I've ever been on.

VV, I have at least 5 different viburnums. Why are you picking on me? LOL

Are you seeing this occur anywhere else on the site? I think it has to be something in your browser settings, but it is odd that it only occurs sporadically, and if it happens again, I can start comparing the areas where you're seeing it and look for something hinky in the html of the post.

I'll let you know if I see it again.

My guess is this is related to an issue in the way the page renders for older FireFox browser versions like 4.01. I have the most up to date version of FireFox (6.0.2) and do not experience this issue. Have you thought about updating to the latest version of FireFox?

I totally understand that updating can be a dreadful experience, but I wanted to throw that option out there as you might see an improvement.

I'm pretty sure I have the latest update. It seems they remind me often enough and I always update when they do.

I'm on IE 9.0.8112... and got the same in a search this morning for 'ants'...every post I clicked on returned the same gibberish. I found the answer another way but thought I'd let you know. Maybe it's a Win7 thing as that is my operating system.
