This one's even worse.

Hi! Thanks for reporting this. One of the pages you reported was this:

http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/758192/?html

I cannot see the code like you do in these forum posts. This might be set-up specific, so can you please let me know your computer operating system, as well as you internet browser and version?

Thanks again for letting us know about this.

Ditto here. It's odd that you're seeing the html tags in others' posts (you shouldn't even see them in your own, except when you're typing them in.)

Windows 7, 32 bit. Firefox 4.0.1.
Thanks.

I just now tried searching again and it's not there anymore. ???
Weird.

This only happens to those who grow too few Viburnum. Be glad that is all that afflicts you...

I think it has to be something in your setup. What browser are you operating?

Christiana, TN(Zone 6b)

Latest version of Firefox. Don't remember the number. I have never seen this happen on any other webpage I've ever been on.

The Viburnum Viceroy has been visited upon thee.

That which does not kill you, makes you stronger...

1. Do you see this anywhere else?

2. Do you still see the html on that post? http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/p.php?pid=8698757 (I don't see it and I'm using Firefox, too.)

Christiana, TN(Zone 6b)

I don't see the code when I click that link, Terry.
VV, I have at least 5 different viburnums. Why are you picking on me? LOL

Murfreesboro, TN(Zone 7a)

Are you seeing this occur anywhere else on the site? I think it has to be something in your browser settings, but it is odd that it only occurs sporadically, and if it happens again, I can start comparing the areas where you're seeing it and look for something hinky in the html of the post.

Christiana, TN(Zone 6b)

I'll let you know if I see it again.

My guess is this is related to an issue in the way the page renders for older FireFox browser versions like 4.01. I have the most up to date version of FireFox (6.0.2) and do not experience this issue. Have you thought about updating to the latest version of FireFox?

I totally understand that updating can be a dreadful experience, but I wanted to throw that option out there as you might see an improvement.

I'm pretty sure I have the latest update. It seems they remind me often enough and I always update when they do.

I'm on IE 9.0.8112... and got the same in a search this morning for 'ants'...every post I clicked on returned the same gibberish. I found the answer another way but thought I'd let you know. Maybe it's a Win7 thing as that is my operating system.
