I got soaked coming out of my office in a heavy rain storm, but no flooding. I just asked Jackie how it was for them - east of Syracuse, she said extremely wet, but no flooding, but that a tornado might have touched down near their town.
Weather in Your Garden # 94
Heard there was a tornado in that area...hit 83 here, but I managed 21/2 hours in the yard....little by little.....
mid 80's, but there was a breeze, so if I was in the shade it wasn't too bad. I did do a lot today out in the garden. Having DH home this week 'inspires' me. Firstly, I took some more stuff to Salvation Army. Stopped at Lowe's - walked slowly through the garden area and got some more paint swatches, then slowly walked back through the garden area. I did not stop. WEll, maybe once or twice, but I just looked. - I swear. :))))
You're funny Jan! and exhibiting so much self control. Impressive, to say the least.
64 now going to 73... still humid.. poured over night.. and more rain for today
48 drizzle, showers today with a high of 67!
71 degrees and muggy. Rain showers possible. Yesterday was hot!
Same here. Very muggy. Misting and 62.
Low 60s, very cloudy & damp...however, Garret dropped off the truck early, & I'm headed for the brush dump....
Look at this hail!!

haven't taken a tornado pic yet...
63° wind from the Southeast at 16 mph, humidity 82%, cloudy/ fog
Going up to 66° today, with partly sunny skies toward the afternoon. Overcast tonight, down to 59°.
Good morning.
It is brilliantly sunny and 63 degrees in WNY. Going up to the mid 70's. Nice.
Have a blessed and wonderful Wednesday, folks.

Spiked hail is offering insult to injury.
52° here, might get to the 60s. Sun is appearing.
Gee, that hail could do serious damage!
78° 67% humidity keeps looking like it going to rain but then doesn't
Yes, pretty gross out there. Been planting for two hours.
75 and sunny. Had wicked winds and rain showers earlier.
Quite warm - had a T shower about 2:30
Think we're about to get some. Just repaired my rain gutter. Spikes had come out and the first few feet were dangling. Water was showering down. Replaced the spikes with screws.
Dark and 72. 80% H.
72 & sunny. It got a bit warm for me while weeding. I was working on that noxious little white weed which shoots its seeds. Put those in a separate pile so they don't go into any compost pile.
I do the same thing, Lucy.
I would say today was soooo nasty out.. not hot but the humidity just gross... we had a bad thunderstorm.. raining sideways one too
Nasty here as well but only mist, not rain. I gave up around 2:15 and took a nap! Went to go out at 5 PM and the sun went into hiding. No chance to garden tomorrow.
My calculations indicate a possibility of rain for this area.
You really are funny!
My calculations indicate a 100% possibility of rain for this area. ;)
75 degrees outside, 80 degrees inside. We had sun all day until I went over to the herb garden to work and it rained. Got in the car and drove right out of the rain. It was raining only at the farm. Funny.
Tomorrow is supposed to be nasty. We had thunderstorms last night. I mostly slept through them.
I put the nasty white weeds and some others in a plastic bag outside for the duration of the summer. They get simmered inside the bag and then when they are all black mush, the go in the compost. The only thing that goes in the trash is poison ivy.
I rained while we were in the movies, went to see Rio
You rained Jen?
hee hee
"IT" that's what happens when you have a kid sitting on your lap while trying to type
^_^
Can't complain about the weather, seeing all that tornado damage.
Look at this monster!
