Weather in your garden # 92

24 now going to 44.. but they said with the wind.. going to feel colder

27° with a wind from the Northwest at 12 mph giving us a windchill of 15°, we have clear skies overhead.

Going up to 43° today windchill will keep it feeling like 33° at most. Clear tonight, going down to 25°.

27° looks like it will be clear. wind quite brisk wee small hours of morning. I can't hear it, but branches moving quite a bit so it will probably affect garden work again.

Currently 27 degrees with bright sunshine in WNY. Looks like the temperatures will be in the upper 30's and maybe even 40's for the rest of the week. Yes, still like February weather.

Got up to 41.

Hit 45 here, the wind abated a little.....did some pick-up-sticks in the front yard......2 rhodos completely eaten....have lived here for 35 years, & have never had deer damage!

they will come back marilyn - i have a couple arborvites they devoured - one may not be worth saving.

I have one flower bud left on the 2 bushes.....they'll probably get that one tonight :(

they nibbled on a couple rody's here and i lost some buds too - and ate all the buds off a wolf's eye dogwood which was loaded with buds - not happy about that!

We went skiing about 2 hours south of us, they got a foot of snow in last weeks storm, so conditions were more like mid January rather than spring. Cold, but sunny. Nice day.

sorry about critter damage, rabbits ate about a foot off a JM here too

Does anyone have an evergreen that doesn't get nibbled? I have Junipers that were supposed to be deer resistant, but they're not, and something else is killing one branch at a time. They were so beautiful, now they're so ugly.

It's 27 here, going up to 44 and a bright sunny day. Wind has died down some, hoping to get outside and survey the back forty. Will be off duty from 12 noon today until 12 noon thursday. My first day off after 19 days straight, not sure if I want to sleep or play outside :(
