Whooo-Hooo 59 here and I can see 18 - 24" of ground in a ring around the trees!!!!!!!
Weather in your garden # 92
Congrats!!
63 & sunny. Wind is rising.
started in the 50's here, dropping to the 40's, and staying that way next week.
up to 66° really, really windy however.
Man was it gorgeous out.
72 here, opened the windows, & hung out clothes....also swept buckets of sand out of the garage & drive.......
Back down to 47. What a beautiful day though. Can see beautiful grass and DIRT (also mud). Still have about a foot of snow in front yard though.
70* here today, then watched the 6:00PM news and the snow word was mentioned! For next week! I thought spring was here. Next time you see Mother Nature, kick her for me!
LOL Dem! I'll kick her if i get the chance.
What a beautiful day and beautiful evening. The moon is wonderful. I'm so ready for spring. I have lots of little green shoots and the forsythia and the maple are budding. (Allergy season!)
48 now going to 51
It's 30 °F and snowing big flakes but it won't last. Going up to 40 today and cloudy.
ick... pretty windy out there
Cold and calm here34*. Warm weather is gone . Next week will be cold hi's in the 40's.
34 and lite snow. Suppose to have sun this pm.
41° & sun trying to shine. Most of the snow has disappeared, except on the siberian bed which is always the last iris bed to clear. One of the other beds has a small area of snow. I have not checked the wooded area to the south of the house or down in our woods.
40 and sunny. I see the daffs have been sprouting.
It's 48 degrees with intermittent sun and breeze. I've been outside and started cleaning the back foundation and a corner garden area. Oak leaves everywhere. I've pulled enough spearmint for the whole county to have some. Now my belly hurts. Uh oh. I really cannot let this weekend go to waste.
49 and sunny. Wet snow possible on Wed. Ugh.
Windy and sunny...I saw some daffs blooming 1 town over.
Much cooler in one day! 46, sunny and windy.
48 here, & windy, but the sun feels great, the snow is almost gone, & I'm not complaining!
Robindog, you might not be complaining but I am!!! (Just ask the hubby)
Yes-especially after the past 2 days!!
if this keeps up i will be able to rake the back yard next weekend!
39° but the 60s isn't normal for March.
Can't say the moon looks noticeably different.
That's what I said Victor, about the moon...a few weeks ago we were coming over this bridge and the moon was even with us...it looked HUGE much bigger than tonight.
Friend at church is a meteorologist and they are calling for sn*w on Wednesday night
It always looks really big close to the horizon.
Now in this pic, it looks huge. Assuming it was not played with.

What a nice shot!
wow
Hey Mom, there's a great big orange out there!
the moon looked much brighter than normal to us
eh I didn't see much difference either.. but when I looked it was behind the trees in back.. so it's hard to tell anyway.. house was cold this morning... 29 now going to 51
That was a beautiful picture. The moon definitely caught my attention last night, although it might have been because of all the chatter about it. However, it was shining in the window when I was trying to go to sleep and I had to close the blinds.
It's 22 degrees and everything outside is glistening.
