Heck NO Jen!! LOL I have 5ft of snow still.
Garden Photoe 1 per day 2011 #2
Wishful thinking...Huh?
Neat pic!
about 3 ft of snow left here, sigh. Need an iris to cheer me up.
Jealousy abounds here! I'll have to take a walk around and see if there are any surprises for me.
Magnifying glass again, Jen? ^_^
That one's about an inch across
Jen are your ears ringing when I look at your photo... and my mound of snow???
Stopped at a friend's condo today.....she had 3 hyacinths up about an inch......I still can't see my garden!
I know where the snowdrops are (most of them). they are where the snow off the walk & driveway corner is piled up.
Guess i'll have to take some pictures of my snow mounds....will be lucky to see ground by Easter!
Blue Orchid where are you? I've been waiting all day!
So sorry, Pixie! I'll post it tomorrow (provided I remember).
Some daffodils are 4" high while others are just an inch or two - probably just the fall growth they always have.
Yes but it's a positive sign, one I long for! LOL
How could I have guessed that???
^_^
LOL Allison
Those are gorgeous
thanks the front one was seed grown... the background was purchased
Another sign of spring.
The catkins are out on the WaterBirch
ooohhhh drool!!!!
Wonderful photos, everyone. Well, no wonder you love spring, Jo Ann, with a view like that! I added to my allium collection in early December, never thinking they'd arrive the next week. They did and I squeezed in the time to get them planted.
Now, here's the blue orchid with the name of 'Blue Mystique', which Pixie wanted me to post:
Wow. A true blue orchid??
Yes and no....Pirl dug up this info on it...
"Through a patented process, the orchid is transformed into a remarkable
blue shade which will last 2-3 bloom cycles before fading to its
original white."
"Welcome the debut of the world's first blue orchid, "Blue Mystique."
"First unveiled in January of this year by Silver Vase Orchid Growers,
we are very excited to add it to our beautiful collection of orchids for
sale. The flowers are not dyed but rather, the plants are put through a
lengthy process to induce the blue color."

Agh- that doesn't count! I can do better with a white one and blue food coloring!
But you should see it in person....that info doesn't phase me when i'm staring straight at it. ^_^
Like me with silicone boobs. ^_^
beautiful though
