Echies and monarda

Lovely masses of color. Do your monardas remain mildew free? I end up cutting all of mine back to the ground immediately after bloom. I need better air circulation for them.

Lots and lots of mildew. I cut them back right after flowering also. Last year they were fried and dried (heat and drought), not one bloom on the poor things.

One year a monarda that was supposed to be mildew proof was being sold. I bought it. They lied.

Yes, love them but they're short- lived.

Raspberry Wine has been doing well here for some years.

I have a patch with Lilies and they have been there 4 years.
The patch hasnt grown as fast or as big as I expected.

Love all the tulips, pretty peonies too! I haven't grown a moon vine in many years, it's lovely and im looking forward to putting one in my garden this year.
