So pretty and perky, Marilyn.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Nice blue!

Jersey Shore, NJ(Zone 7a)

I think Victor's Oranges and Lemons would be a great Jo Ann subject. Very cheery Celeste. Increases the lust for spring! Pirl, that Frilled Enchantment kicked off my JI addiction. Beautiful.

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Thanks, Louise. I love that one!

Lovely masses of color. Do your monardas remain mildew free? I end up cutting all of mine back to the ground immediately after bloom. I need better air circulation for them.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

So pretty.

Jersey Shore, NJ(Zone 7a)

Lots and lots of mildew. I cut them back right after flowering also. Last year they were fried and dried (heat and drought), not one bloom on the poor things.

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

One year a monarda that was supposed to be mildew proof was being sold. I bought it. They lied.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Yes, love them but they're short- lived.

South Hamilton, MA

Raspberry Wine has been doing well here for some years.

Victor: By shortlived what do you mean.
I have a patch with Lilies and they have been there 4 years.
The patch hasnt grown as fast or as big as I expected.
Is that what you meant?
