WANTED...............
Dori
If no ones caught him by January I know where to trap him. I have no heating other than a small gas fire in the living room so he regularly makes his pretty presence known on the inside of my bedroom windows. Hah how dare he paint disolving fern pictures for me. I bet he's disappointed to find its warmer outside LOL

Know the feeling Dori, yesterday had zinnias and today NOT and so, there I was cutting back the garden, soooooooo sad, but gladdddddddd, probably need a rest anyway! Remember, there is always next time!
If anyone catches him, make him tell you what night he is scheduled for Southern Arizona. I have to cut gourds "BEFORE THE FROST", (Eloise's instructions}, but haven't been here but for one season so don't know when that is expected. May have to call the Extension Service. Jo
Check the supermarkets. I think I've seen that sucker hanging out on the sugar bags. We are due to be visited by his big brother HARD FREEZE tonite...(dire) predictions of 22F for the "southern" tier. Brrrrrrr snuggle those cats!
we hit 29 on saturday and 25 on sunday!! They are saying low 40s tonight-to late =[

We really got it last night, now we are to have milder weather, typical WI, early killing frost, then mild weather, where you can clean up what he left. Just broke off a few pieces of coleus to bring in by accident-WHEW! How about diggin up the rootball and trying to get it re-started in the house? I am going to do that with the yellow/green one that got hit the night before. My poor pentas-widh I had cover them..............
That is funny, I went to school with a guy named Jack Frost! And he was so hot he sent shivers down my spine! Hadnt thought of him in years! LOL I know it isn't what you meant but still enjoyed the memories!
Notmartha don't feel bad he got my biggest and tallest Cockscombs over night, and I am still sick about it but I did get the seeds from it. It went down to 27 degrees here and what makes it so bad the wind ripped my Passion flower vine, Star of yelta and Tiger Grass right out of the ground. I know that this is the wrost year I have ever had.I would love to just put my foot so far up his a-- that they would have operate to get it out.
