How do I find out is a certain person is still a member here?

If you go to their member page (look them up in the member list in the link in the navigation box, or find a post they made and click on their name), that'll tell you whether they're currently a subscriber or not. Usernames don't just disappear though, so unless the person asked admins to remove their username (or they got banned for repeated bad behavior), just because they're still in the member list (or even still listed as a paid subscriber), that doesn't mean they're still visiting the site. There's no way to know when the last time a person visited here, although if they start a lot of threads you can get a sense for it by looking at the threads they've started (also accessed from their member page). You can always try sending the person a dmail--if it goes unread for a day or two then the system will send a message to the email address they have on file letting them know there's a message here for them.
